The Sanctuary – Interactive Real-Time 3D Virtual Tour
Presenting our latest project developed at Sereina: The Sanctuary, an immersive real-time experience built with Unreal Engine 5.
As Art Director, I was responsible for defining the artistic vision, supervising the creative direction, and ensuring visual consistency throughout the project. My role also included guiding the team on lighting, composition, and optimization to maintain both realism and performance across all platforms.
Users can freely explore the property through an interactive multi-platform virtual tour (PC, mobile, tablet, Windows, and iOS). The experience includes several key features:
Free navigation within a fully optimized real-time 3D environment.
Dynamic minimap for intuitive orientation and navigation.
Built-in capture tools to generate high-quality renders directly from the application.
Content integration (brochures, images, logos, descriptions).
AI-powered conversational real estate agent: real-time voice or text interaction to provide information about the property and its surroundings.
The goal of this project is to push the boundaries of real estate visualization by combining photorealistic rendering, interactivity, and artificial intelligence to deliver a truly next-generation user experience.
